DSC Supported and Independent Living Programs

Men and women living in apartments or homes receive support services on an as-needed basis. Service delivery is based on individualized assessment, and provides an array of opportunities for each person. Our trained support professionals provide the assistance the individual may need in order to participate fully in life. Programs are designed not only to meet the person's needs but, just as importantly, to allow him or her to realize desires, wishes and dreams. Services can include, but are not limited to assistance with:
· Cooking
· Shopping
· Banking
· Social/leisure activities
· Making and keeping appointments
DSC promotes full community integration, and provides education on all resources available. Individuals are encouraged to live in a way that is personally meaningful and rewarding!
